Belding Heminway Company Inc (now Carlyle Industries)

Authentic and beautifully engraved certificate from the Belding Heminway Company, Inc. issued in 1963-1978. This historic document was printed by the Security-Columbian Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of two allegorical women sitting on both side of a cat playing with a spool of thread. This item has the printed signatures of the company’s president and secretary and is over 22 years old.
